2010-2011 Season Registration Information!

To secure and maintain a roster spot for the 2010–2011 season, eligible players must complete and return the following forms no later than August 1st:

1. one (1) signed copy of the West Islip Consent to Participate form
2. two (2) signed copies of the League Player Registration form
3. one (1) signed copy of the Player / Parent Agreement
4. one (1) copy of your USA Hockey Registration receipt for the 2010-2011 season
5. one (1) copy of your school ID or 2010-2011 school schedule as proof of school district eligibility.

You may view and print each of these forms by clicking on the icons provided on the Forms page to the left.

Fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined below:

The Freshman season will consist of 27 games and 26 practices at a cost of $1600. Payments are due and payable as follows:

August 1st — $800 (plus $100 for jersey deposit, if applicable)
October 1st — $800 (plus $100 for jersey balance, if applicable)

The Varsity season will consist of 20 games and 25 practices at a cost of $1350. Payments are due and payable as follows:

August 1st — $675 (plus $100 for jersey deposit, if applicable)
October 1st — $675 (plus $100 for jersey balance, if applicable)

*** West Islip will not be competing at the JV level for the 2010-2011 season. ***

Player fees are used in large part to cover the cost of the Club’s participation in the Suffolk County High School Hockey League. In the event that the League increases said cost for the upcoming 2010-2011 season, players may be required to pay monthly dues to cover the increase. Should the League maintain said cost at the 2009-2010 level, monthly dues will not be required.

6.16.10 - West Islip Hockey Alumni Game Scheduled!

The West Islip Hockey Alumni Association will be hosting its 2nd annual Alumni game on July 24th at Superior Ice Rink. Faceoff time is scheduled for 8:30pm.
